Next-Generation Asteroid Mining

Mining the cosmos.
Powering the future.

SpaceFracking deploys autonomous extraction rigs to near-Earth asteroids, unlocking trillions in rare minerals to fuel humanity's next chapter.

Scroll to run the well

Asteroid mining, redefined.

From prospecting to delivery, our vertically integrated platform turns space rocks into refined resources — autonomously.

  1. 01

    Prospect

AI-driven spectral analysis identifies high-value asteroid targets from our proprietary database of 14,000+ mapped bodies.

  2. 02

    Extract

Zero-gravity hydraulic fracturing breaks down asteroid regolith with surgical precision, maximizing yield while minimizing debris.

  3. 03

    Deliver

Refined materials are packaged into re-entry capsules and delivered to orbital depots or direct-to-surface facilities.

$12T+ Mapped resources
47 Missions completed
15+ Rare minerals extracted
99.7% Autonomous operation rate

Eight steps to a producing well.

The same playbook that unlocked shale on Earth, re-engineered for vacuum, microgravity, and a body you cannot stand on.

  1. 01

    Spud In

The bit breaks the surface and cuts a vertical hole through the regolith crust. On Earth gravity supplies weight-on-bit; here the harpoon anchors pull the rig down against its own thrust.

  2. 02

    Case & Cement

A steel casing string follows the bit down and is cemented in place, sealing the annulus so treating pressure goes exactly where we point it and nowhere else.

  3. 03

    Kick Off

At the kick-off point the bit builds angle through a curve section until it is running horizontally, driving a lateral straight through the ore body.

  4. 04

    Perforate

Shaped charges punch through casing, cement and rock in clusters — the only doors the fracturing fluid is permitted to use.

  5. 05

    Breakdown Pressure

Fluid is pumped until it exceeds the formation's fracture gradient. The rock fails in tension, and the first crack opens at 78.4 MPa.

  6. 06

    Fracture Propagation

Cracks run perpendicular to the minimum principal stress, so every wing grows in the same plane — a designed network, not a shattered rock.

  7. 07

    Proppant Pack

Sand-grade proppant carried in the fluid wedges the fractures open when the pumps shut down. Permeability, not the hole, is the actual product.

  8. 08

    Flowback

Plugs are milled out and the volatiles return up the string into the containment shroud. Toe to heel, twelve stages, one pass.

Fracturing in the final frontier.

Three breakthrough technologies work in sequence to turn raw asteroid material into mission-ready resources.

Spectral Targeting

Multi-band spectrometers map mineral composition at sub-meter resolution, building a 3D extraction blueprint before a single drill bit touches the surface.

Zero-G Hydraulic Fracturing

Liquid water flashes to vapour the moment it meets vacuum, and a body this small has no overburden stress to fracture against. Our wellhead runs under a containment shroud that holds confining pressure locally, while concentrated solar spalling assists the breakdown — so every joule goes into extraction instead of escaping to space.

In-Situ Processing

On-rig refineries smelt and separate materials in microgravity, producing mission-grade alloys and rare-earth concentrates ready for transport.

Earth's resources are finite.
The cosmos is not.

Terrestrial mining is hitting geological, environmental, and political limits. A single metallic asteroid can contain more platinum-group metals than have ever been mined on Earth. We go where the resources are.

Unlimited Supply

The asteroid belt alone holds an estimated $700 quintillion in mineral wealth — enough to sustain civilization for millennia.

Zero Environmental Impact

No deforestation, no groundwater contamination, no displaced communities. Extraction happens millions of miles from any ecosystem.

Strategic Independence

Bypass geopolitical supply chain bottlenecks. Space-sourced materials are available to any nation willing to reach for them.
